We all need that extra push. That's why you get full accountability from a coach to make sure you attend your session, but also follow the Liberty Fitness Coaching nutrition plan to help get those results.

We all  keep track of everything via a custom app that will allow your coach to know your exact situation.

This isn't new information for you. I'm almost certainly not the first person you've heard about these concepts from.
